I am both a psychologist and nutritionist. I love being able to work from a holistic perspective because our minds and bodies are so connected! This connection is both beautiful and complex at the same time. In my practice, I use nutrition as a supportive intervention for my role as a psychologist. This means I provide nutrition knowledge when it’s relevant for your issues. What and how you eat has a significant impact on your mental wellness, cognitive functioning, mood, and overall sense of wellbeing.
While I treat many kinds of issue, I have a special focus in helping people with eating problems, health related concerns, and co-occurring mental/physical health issues. My hope is for you to experience healing so you can move forward with a meaningful, fulfilled, and healthy life.
