Consultation and supervision

Professional Consultation:

I provide consultation to mental health and medical professionals working with clients whose presentations are difficult to conceptualize, diagnose, or treat. My interdisciplinary training in clinical psychology, nutrition, clinical psychopharmacology, and clinical-community psychology allows me to consider the ways that psychological, behavioral, developmental, nutritional, medication-related, and contextual factors intersect.

My consultation process is collaborative. I view my role as offering another view point that can help you leverage your expertise and knowledge of the client. I do so by exploring varying perspectives, asking questions to help expand the formulation, working to identify patterns, and generating hypotheses around what could be going on.

Areas of consultation may include:

  • Complex or unclear diagnostic presentations
  • Differential diagnosis and diagnostic formulation
  • Eating disorders and disordered eating
  • Eating concerns in the context of neurodivergence
  • Overlap between eating disorders, ADHD, Autism, anxiety, mood, and trauma
  • Cases where symptoms do not fit neatly into a single diagnostic category
  • Questions about whether neurodivergence may be contributing to treatment challenges
  • Cases involving medication, appetite, eating behavior, or other behavioral changes
  • Developing a more integrated case conceptualization
  • Treatment planning for clients with multiple or overlapping concerns

Clinical Supervision:

I provide clinical supervision for psychologists and other mental health professionals seeking thoughtful, individualized support as they develop their clinical skills and professional identity.

My supervision style is collaborative and grounded in curiosity, clinical reasoning, and whole-person case conceptualization. I particularly enjoy supporting clinicians as they navigate complex clinical cases.

I am currently accepting a limited number of supervisees. If you are looking for supervision and think my approach may be a good fit, I welcome you to reach out to discuss availability and to further explore whether we might be a good match.
